Re-enrollment and new contracts are published on My BackPack for all families. Parents will receive an email notification when contracts are issued. All contracts and non-refundable deposits are due within two weeks from notification to secure the student's place. The due date will be indicated in the email. You will need to be sure all contact information for your family is accurate and complete on My BackPack before submitting your contract. If you are unable to access your account, please contact Julie Johnson or Cayce French. Click below to download instructions on how to access enrollment contracts on My BackPack.

Instructions on how to access contracts on My BackPack

Based on current enrollment and applicant interest, we know that we will be full in several grades across all divisions. Places cannot be held for returning students until the completed contract and non-refundable deposit are received. Contracts will be sent out to new students beginning February 1. To ensure your place for next year, please return your re-enrollment contract within two weeks.

Please make sure that we have your correct email address on file!

If you do not see your child's contract on your My BackPack page, please email Julie Johnson.

Technology 2017-2018

MacBook and iPadAs part of Carrollwood Day School's ongoing efforts to provide all the tools necessary to prepare our students for excelling in the 21st century, all students in grades 4-12 participate in a 1:1 device program. This initiative is not new at CDS, we have had a 1:1 device program since 2007.

Which 1:1 device do I need?

  • Students in grades 4 - 6 are required to have an iPad.
  • Students in grades 7 - 12 are required to have a MacBook laptop.
  • It is the responsibility of the student's family to purchase and install the required applications on the student device. Apps required for the 2017-2018 school year will be published over the summer.

Student Handbook

All families must follow all policies as specified in the student handbook including the dress code and haircut policy. There will be no exceptions made to these policies. CDS publishes this handbook annually, but the policies and procedures may be subject to change during the academic school year.
