Excelling in forensics has been a longstanding tradition for middle school students at Carrollwood Day School. From researching speeches, poetry, and literature to speaking extemporaneously or writing and performing an original speech, CDS Forensics Team members are honing skills that will serve them well in school and beyond. The Carrollwood Day School Forensics Team is coached by middle school language arts teacher, Jenna Cohen. CDS is a member of the Bay Area Forensics League competing in public speaking with students from other area schools.  We hope to see many of the 8th grade members of this winning team competing with our High School Speech and Debate Club next year!
