Joe Runge has over 29 years experience in teaching, coaching, undergraduate college admission, college counseling, and secondary school administration. His stops included six years in undergraduate admission at Villanova University, and director of college counseling at four other Cum Laude Society independent schools—St. Margaret’s Episcopal School (CA), Cincinnati Country Day School (OH), The Out-of-Door Academy (FL), and King School (CT).

Dawn Bickoff has been a member of the staff at Carrollwood Day School for over 25 years. She held several positions at CDS in both faculty and college counseling capacities during her tenure. Both of her children are proud graduates of CDS and recipients of the IB Diploma. Dawn has worked with nearly 300 CDS alumni on their college admission and selection process.

Drew Guarino joined the Carrollwood Day School college counseling office in May 2018. He spent his previous eight years in college admission working at Western New England University (MA), and Merrimack College (MA). While at Merrimack, Drew served as the athletic liaison for their division one and division two NCAA athletic programs. He also oversaw the admission of students into the Honors Programs at both institutions.

Ashley Jackson has been a part of the college counseling office for the past ten years at Carrollwood Day School. During this time, she has held various roles in the department and has substantial experience working with students on the college search and selection process. She is the liaison for Naviance and college representatives visiting CDS. Her son Luke is a 2018 CDS graduate with his IB Diploma and son Joshua is a member of the class of 2020.
