A printed student directory will be distributed to all ECC families later this month. All parents are asked to check your family account on My BackPack to be sure all of your personal contact information is correct.  This information is used to generate school email distribution lists, online and printed student directories, and to contact parents through the school emergency alert system.  The deadline for corrections to be included in the printed Student Directory is Monday, September 9, 2019.

The first Lower School Conference Day of the year is Wednesday, September 11. Conferences for toddlers, prek-3, prek-4, and kindergarten students are by appointment, only. Most conference appointments were set at the ECC Parents' Night. Please contact your child's teacher if you need to set, confirm, or change your appointment time.

There is no school for students in ECC through 5th grade on September 11th. This will be a regular school day for MS and US students.

Bring the entire family to the FREE Community Tailgate Party before Senior Night when we honor our senior athletes. Plan to stay for the action as the Varsity Football Team and Cheerleaders take on Cambridge Christian School.

Lunch service for ECC students will be on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. ECC parents must pre-order their children's lunches. ECC lunch service will begin on Monday, August 26, 2019. Purchases are prepaid by creating an account at www.myschoolbucks.com or by bringing a check to the school office payable to Flik. Parents will be able to access the ECC lunch menus online to help decide which days they want their children to purchase lunch. The menus can be viewed at: https://carrollwoodday.flikisdining.com. Menus differ for each division, so remember to click the ECC button at the top of the page. ECC lunches are priced at $5.25.

  • The form asks for the child's 4-digit Flik number (POS ID). Returning students will use the same number as last year. POS ID numbers should have been emailed for new students. If you do not have your child's POS ID number, enter your child's birthdate.
  • Lunch orders must be received by 3:00 pm on the school day prior (i.e., Monday lunch orders must be received by 3:00 pm on the previous Friday)

Policy for reporting an ECC student absence

Attendance records are kept for all students at the ECC. If a student is going to be absent, parents should notify Cindy Hittle, ECC receptionist, before school by phone (813.963.2388) or by email at chittle@carrollwooddayschool.org.
