If you are interested in potentially becoming a Room Representative for your child's class/homeroom for the 2019-2020 school year, then please add your name to the list!
The Room Representative acts as the liaison between the teacher and the parents, coordinates class volunteers, and facilitates events held "outside the classroom" (International Festival, class Auction/Gala involvement, Staff Appreciation activities, etc.). Periodic meetings are held to discuss the details of upcoming events. Meeting notes and parent information letters are provided for the representative to communicate with parents. It is a great way to get involved and stay connected!
We are currently collecting names of those parents who are interested in getting more involved for the ECC, Elementary and Middle School. Please add your name to each grade level that you would consider volunteering to be a Room Representative. Please click below to add your name to the list by August 2nd. Final selection will take place by September, after the students have been assigned to their classroom.
Please contact Andrea Esguerra or Andrea Cottrell, Elementary School Room Rep Coordinators, with questions.

Did you say let our children fail?
We all want what is best for our children, but there is a point where we need to let our kids fail in order to succeed. In light of the recent college admission's scandal, here is an interesting article from the New York Times on how well-intentioned parents are "robbing their children of adulthood."
The Safe School Helpline is not for issues that are emergencies or immediate in nature.
