Going to State Competition!
In February, Kourosh R.D. ('20) competed at the local piano Festival for the National Federation of Music Clubs. He won Superior ratings in Piano Accompaniment and in Theory and an Excellent rating for his Piano Solo division. He is now qualified to compete at the Florida State Division for the National Federation of Music Clubs in Piano Accompaniment.

If you have not already done so, please take a moment to complete the Technology & Learning questionnaire. Your participation is essential to help us form a more comprehensive picture of technology use for learning in your students’ lives.

10th and 11th grade students are invited to attend an information session for the Peru service trip and future Rustic Pathways trips this Friday, March 8th at 11:30 am in room H-206. Pizza will be provided for lunch.
We'll be discussing the itinerary, payment plans, and answer all of your questions! Parents are encouraged to join if they are available. Please feel free to reach out to Caroline at Rustic Pathways with any questions beforehand.

Next year's sophomore class will once again have the opportunity to travel to Boston for an exceptional learning experience. This 10th grade trip provides opportunities for meaningful connections to academic studies, personal growth, adventure, and Class of 2022 bonding through travel.

Topic: Upcoming Changes in the US Mathematics Program
This program is being offered in the morning and late afternoon in an effort to accommodate varying parent schedules.
The March US Parent Coffee will introduce parents to changes being made in the upper school math curriculum to prepare current 9th and 10th grade students for changes that IB has made in the math content for DP (11th and 12th grade) students. Parents will receive information about options available to 9th and 10th grade students to better prepare them for the change.
8th grade parents are invited to attend this informative presentation.
