MS Math Competition

9 middle school students competed in a Math Competition this past weekend at Berkeley Prep. Congratulations to Vikram B. ('23), who won 2nd place for Algebra in the team competition, Aayush P. ('24) & Zaim S. ('24) for their 3rd place as a 7th grade team, and Zaim S. ('24) who also won 3rd place for an Individual 7th grade.

Volunteer

"Many hands make light work." 

The committee is looking for volunteers for Wednesday, March 6 and Friday, March 8!

  • Help is needed at school on Wednesday to assemble our registration packets. 
  • On Saturday, volunteers are needed in the morning to help set up the auction and decorate for the gala. At the event we will need help signing people up for drawing tickets and helping to clean up after the event. Please consider signing up to help out during one of these times.

Eaglet Baby8th Grade Parents: We have begun planning for the end of the academic year in May when we celebrate our 8th grade class.   Will you please submit three (3) digital pictures of your 8th grader to be used during the 8th Grade Promotional Ceremony on Thursday, May 9, 2019. We need a baby picture, an elementary age picture, and a recent picture showing your son/daughter as a young adult. The deadline for submittal is Friday, March 8, 2019.

You may submit the digital photos, PDFs or jpeg files via email to 8thgradepictures@carrollwooddayschool.org. Please include your child's name in the subject line of the email message.  Thank you very much for your help.

It’s time to TURN IT UP, again! Summer camp is just around the corner.

  • Students in grades 1 - 8 can attend full or half-day themed camps along with 65 longtime favorite and new enrichment camps! 
  • And this summer, rising 9th grade students will be able to choose from three for-credit academic courses!
