Trends both in and out of our school show students are feeling stressed starting at young ages. Parents with children of all ages are encouraged to attend this program.

She works with teens and adults who are experiencing stress, anxiety, and overwhelm due to their school, work, and life demands. She is also an adjunct faculty member and clinical supervisor for school psychology students at University of South Florida. She plays a leadership role in a research project that focuses on developing materials for students, teacher, and parents of high school students in Advanced Placement and International Baccalaureate classes to help manage the stress associated with their accelerated coursework.

Dr. O'Brennan has done presentations this year for our 9th and 10th grade classes that were very well received by the students.
