BOOK-O-WEEN IS COMING

Book-O-Ween

On Wednesday, October 31st, students at Carrollwood Day School will host “Book-o-Ween”. The ECC will partake in a celebration highlighting characters from our favorite storybooks! Your child is invited to come to school dressed in costume as a character from one of his or her favorite books. Additionally, the students are asked to bring the book to school. We will celebrate with a book parade and students will have the chance to share their books with friends in their classroom.

Reminders for Wednesday, October 31st:

  • Dress as your favorite character from a BOOK!
  • Be prepared to share about your character
  • Bring the book with your character
  • Please do not wear a mask or bring accessories such as swords or weapons
  • Scary costumes should be saved for home
  • Preschool students need to bring a change of clothes and kindergarteners should bring their uniform to school to change into after the parade.

Warmest Regards,
Mrs. Trudi Buscemi and Mrs. Anna Boodoo
