Bearss Avenue Campus
Join us for this world class celebration! The CDS International Festival & Carnival is a wonderful day of learning, entertainment, food, and fun! This is a noon-dismissal day. Children staying for the Carnival must be accompanied by a responsible adult. There is NO aftercare at the Bearss Avenue campus.
WE NEED YOUR HELP! SHARE YOUR CULTURE!
On Wednesday, October 31st, students at Carrollwood Day School will host “Book-o-Ween”. The entire lower division will partake in a celebration highlighting characters from our favorite storybooks! Your child is invited to come to school dressed in costume as a character from one of his or her favorite books. Additionally, the students are asked to bring the book to school. During class time on Wednesday, October 31st, the students will share what they have learned about their characters from the books. We will celebrate with a book parade in the morning throughout the school and students will have the chance to share their books with book buddies, friends in their classroom, and classroom visitors such as our specials teachers and support team.
Reminders for Wednesday, October 31st:
Thank you for your support and enthusiasm as we plan for this special day. Please let us know if you have questions.
Warmest Regards,
Mrs. Trudi Buscemi and Mrs. Stacey Hendershot

This is a great opportunity for dads and their kids to engage in conversation and strengthen their relationships, as well as a time to meet other CDS dads!
