Aid to Cameroon
Through fundraising projects tied to the recent MS Shakespeare Festival, seventh grade earned $2,488.00 for their pen pal school in Cameroon. The money was raised through t-shirts sales and the Shakespeare Festival jail. The business office is sending an international wire transfer so the school should receive the money soon for their water system.
Our CDS students just received letters from the Cameroon students. The seventh grade students were so excited and proud! This project has sparked great discussions about everyone doing a little something in the world to make a difference for someone else. We are so proud of these students!
Congratulations MS Forensics Team!
CDS took a very small group to the meet on March 7th, but we still had a strong showing!
