EJ J. ('20) has transformed a childhood fascination with sword fighting into a scholarship to Drew University in Madison, NJ. EJ started taking lessons in fencing in middle school at an after school activity offered by CDS. Despite being confined to home these days, he is continuing to keep his fencing skills sharp. He has turned his family's living room into a fencing club as he practices six days a week for hours at a time with his coach, German Raz over Zoom.

We look forward to following EJ's fencing and academic achievements as he begins his college career in the fall.
