Lower School Support Team

Mrs. Earle and Mrs. Molano share ways they are providing support to students and parents during this time of Distance Learning.

The lower school faculty and school support specialists are navigating the learning curve of Distance Learning right along with students and parents at this time. Some of which includes establishing new academic routines, keeping up with school work and creating a positive home life balance for our students. Though everyone faces challenges to some degree, we are seeing incredible student success, student creativity flourish, compassion grow, and students' character in action on a daily basis! Parents and teachers are collaborating like never before, and the resiliency of our school is something to behold. The Lower School Support Team has been working daily with students and parents since the beginning of Distance Learning and will continue to be here for you! Below is a short video of some of the things Mrs. Molano and Mrs. Earle have been doing to offer extra support at this time.

Mrs. Danielle Earle, Learning Specialist for Lower School
Students with Accommodation Plans will continue to receive regular individualized support sessions, SIPPS foundational reading intervention lessons as needed, and will be carefully planned for as CDS Lower School Learning Support Services continues to collaborate with teachers each week. Mrs. Earle is available daily and parents and students may continue to send private Seesaw or email messages with ask questions and/or to schedule additional academic or behavioral support video sessions. Thank you to all the students, teachers and families for making this challenging time a positive and collaborative process. We got this, Patriots!
