Carrollwood Day School and Athletic Director Baker Mabry are excited to have the opportunity to introduce Marshall McDuffie as our next head football coach. Marshall believes strongly that character development on and off of the field is paramount and has a great vision for CDS football moving forward. We cannot wait to see what the future holds for our program under his leadership. Marshall has extensive experience coaching and developing some of the best football players in the Tampa Bay Area. Marshall will also bring staff to CDS with years of experience at multiple levels.

"It is an honor and a blessing to accept the privilege of becoming the head football coach at Carrollwood Day School. I am excited to bring my knowledge and expertise to CDS. I have coached athletes on all levels for nearly 10 years in Tampa Bay developing them to reach their fullest potential. I have always desired the ability to build a program filled with young men who strive to achieve both academic and athletic excellence.

I came to Carrollwood Day School because it is a community that encompasses my beliefs of being a visionary and trendsetter that is willing to pave the way - teaching my athletes to become leaders and defy the natural limitations of others. Carrollwood Day School is where I want my roots to grow for me as well as my family. I am a proud husband and father of four beautiful daughters. The culture at CDS is community-driven, which allows the parents and athletes to be a part of a program based on the mentality of “we” and not “me.” I am a firm believer in embracing this mindset that will ultimately take our football program to the next level.

My goals and aspirations for this program are to groom well rounded young men into leaders of the future who will make a positive change in this world. I am excited to bring my knowledge, wisdom, and passion to this growing program. Currently, there is a lot of exciting growth happening at CDS. My family and I are thrilled to be a part of this new opportunity and to continue to move the football program forward.
