Mrs. Frankel's 7th grade students captured their memories and emotions from this past year in touching personal poems.

With the end of the year in sight, Mrs. Frankel's 7th grade Language and Literature students were given a final summative: Write a poem that takes the reader through your entire year. While to some the task was daunting, others used the assignment as a sort of cathartic release of emotions from a year cut short. Click on the titles below to read a sample from 7th grade.
